We see the great benefits that our Integrative Holistic approach provides and we want to share this knowledge and help more families.

Help us spread the word about our Integrative Holistic medicine and vote for us today!

And since 2016, the Petplan Veterinary Awards have recognized the industry’s “best in show.”

Petplan work very closely with the veterinary profession and see firsthand the fantastic work that goes on in veterinary practices all across Australia. This initiative was created by Petplan to allow Australians to recognise and support the hard work of all veterinary professionals. People from all over the country have the opportunity to nominate their veterinary heroes, and it is the job of Petplan’s panel of expect judges to sniff out the top dogs in three categories before a final public vote to announce the winners.

To celebrate the amazing work of all Vet Professionals, Petplan is extending the awards to three categories in 2017 – Vet Nurse of the Year, Vet of the Year, and Vet Practice of the Year.

Who can be nominated?

Vet Practice of the Year Award
The nominated practice must be a registered business

Vet Nurse of the Year Award
The nominated person must be employed as a veterinary nurse in an Australia Veterinary practice.
The nominated person must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the nomination.

Vet of the Year Award
The nominated person must be employed as a vet in an Australian Veterinary practice.
The nominated person must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the nomination.

The closing date for nominations is 5pm on Friday, September 1 2017

The public vote for top 5 finalists from each category will open at 9am on Monday, September 11 and run through to 5pm on Wednesday, October 11.

Matthew obtained a double degree in Veterinary Science and Veterinary Biology in 2010 with first-class Honours from Charles Sturt University, the newest RCVS accredited veterinary programme in Australia, offering a modern problem-based approach to learning over an extended six-year programme. He also received the Australian Small Animal Veterinary Association Award for Medicine and Surgery in 2010. Matthew has spent the last 4 years consulting in Integrative Medicine & Emergency/Critical Care in London & has recently returned home to Australia. In addition to Surgery, Matthew’s interests include preventing disease and restoring wellness; Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Behaviour, Integrative Dental care, Acupuncture & Dermatology. Matthew strives to empower pet guardians to improve their animals Health, Wellness & Vitality.
