Consultations

In-Person

We schedule one hour consultations for new clients and chronic conditions. This includes an in-depth examination and assessment to help us establish the real issue(s), any acupuncture or chiropractic treatment if required, along with a plan to move forward.

We believe it is important to establish a strong rapport with our clients. Frequently, pet parents come to our clinic for a second opinion. So our pet patients often have a long previous medical history which takes time for our veterinarians to review and process. We allocate enough time to give you both the attention and energy you deserve.

Our consultation rooms are comfortable for both client and patient.

Telephone & Email

It is our preference to see you and your pet at the clinic, but we do understand that sometimes this is not possible for our rural, interstate and international clients. In these situations, we may be able to obtain sufficient information via a 30 minute in depth telephone or email consultation to provide an ongoing treatment plan. 

A Final Note on Consultations

In cases where another veterinarian has referred your case, we work closely with them to ensure we give your pet the best care. We will require a copy of your pet's medical history.
